Weekly Weak Knees no. 15
One of the new features on my blog is that I have a “currently loving” section in my sidebar where every day or so I pop in an image and link to something I can’t pass by without sharing. It’s a pretty feature that feels like I’m passing notes to anyone who checks my blog every day, and I hope you enjoy it enough to make it part of your routine!
These are my favourite links from the past couple weeks, click on the pictures to explore…
What was your favourite online discovery this week?
Found your blog through my big sis! Great creative ideas and great style! So happy I found you.
Cheers!
Emily
I love the name of this series – the weak knees – so true! Great finds! That hair tutorial makes me sort of wish I had long hair. And that t-shirt bag DIY looks brilliant! Also love that embroidery : )
I love the hair and that scarf. Great finds!
what a tremendously loaded with happy-joy bunch of links Kyla! i’ve been so under the gun with work lately but it’s awesome to spend some time this evening and get caught up here. i LOVE your idea for the sidebar and how you’ve likened it to passing notes in school. man, do i ever dig the idyllic way your mind works.
those glitter guide hair and makeup tutorials are some of my faves. always learning a new technique to enhance something or other i’d like to. um, that “you can’t tell a book by its cover” saying really never applies here. you breath your spirit into everything you feature and rep it with fine stylistic taste. i’ve missed my visits and i adore your currently loving fox mitts too. happy weekend!!
Love that t-shirt grocery bag, such a neat repurposing!
Thank you for including my Pyrex photo! It obviously makes me weak in the knees too. I’m obsessed! : )
xo,
Sarah
I love that produce bag. I know I’ve got some old t-shirts around here somewhere….
That hair tutorial is brilliant!
1940s hair. <3 I love vintage hair styles. So glorious!
If you love vintage hair and styles, you'll adore this blog: http://fiercestlilliputian.blogspot.com/
And those gloves are so cute!
I really love all of the things you posted haha. I want to try that hair tutorial! :)
Wow. I am in love with almost all of the links you posted! Especially the matryoshka dolls and embroidery wall art. I’ve been into embroidery lately, in fact maybe I’ll post something today on what I’m doing…you’ve inspired me!
Ooooo love these links – especially the tassel scarf (hellllooooo cashmere beauties) and the fox – aww :)
I collect old pyrex, and love it. I am obsessed with Christmas decorations right now.
Thanks for sharing! I totally want to try that 40’s hair tutorial!
Cool. Looking forward to trying that T Shirt grocery bag tutorial.
