Weekly Weak Knees
Hello again- this is up late in the day, but I couldn’t stay away! Leigh-Ann and I just finished training our new designers and this week has been crazy busy (and so much fun!). The girls are excited to take on new projects and I’m so excited to get back to the normal flow of things- so let’s get onto the swoonage! :)
I love this photos series that my friend Andrea did this summer, they’re simple & irresistible!
I’m married to my sleeping mask, and a cute one would be so much more fun!!
Plus Jesse has this thing where he’s terrified of raccoons, so if I swapped my plain mask for this before morning… ;)
When will papernstitch stop being so brilliant?! Hopefully never, and in the mean time
I’m a little obsessed with the thought of using a metal grater to stay organized.
How much do you love the new Red Velvet Shop? Elsie’s hard work just shines! I want to snap everything up. It’s alarming.
Cool fact? RVA’s technical go to girl who built the shop’s code is Corey Marie & she’s one of Freckled Nest’s formatters! :)
I can’t get over this Steve Zissou finger puppet, I love the expression on his face!
I wish there was a series of the Royal Tenenbaums characters- I would snap up Margot immediately.
This outfit from wish wish wish just makes me smile, I’m in looove with peter pan collars &
I’m having the hardest time finding them! I love how the suitcase & belt tie together.
Because I’m a lucky thing, the work in our basement to get prepared for spring flooding
are almost finished, and Jesse bought me a new pair of earrings and surprised me with
dinner reservations to our favourite place.
I’m feeling very thankful & loved :)
Hope you’re having a beautiful weekend!
I love that sleep mask. I have a plain black one, but now I wasnt something fun and cute!
there is actually a royal tenenbaums set on etsy:

:)
LYNDSEY!! You just made my day!! =D
Ah, lovely! That photo series is so cool! And, yay new earrings & dinner treats! Hope it was fun!! :)
oooh Yum! I want pretty much EVERYTHING on that restaurant menu. Seriously, how do you not go there daily? my favourite meals are warm salads, salads with fruit in them, blue cheese, white beans, and anything topped with a poached egg.
Oh amazing! That’s one of my favourite kinds of salad too- and my other? Spinach salads with candied walnuts and blue cheese. Even better when there are roasted beets or pears involved! I need to learn how to make those at home! :)
Hi Kyla. Thanks for your kind words about papernstitch. Its great to hear that you are enjoying what I am doing with the blog. :) Your blog is great too and it seems we have similar taste (the sleep mask at the top of your post is from Lenekonoir- which I am sure you know- and Leneknoir is actually an exhibitor on the pns exhibition site right now). Great minds think alike. Hope you are having a great weekend.

I’ve been trying to find those Peter Pan collars too! My parents are praying their house doesn’t flood again this year as the Red River swallows Fargo, ND once again.
ahh spring flooding, what a monster!
& i love bistro seven & a quarter. it’s such a lovely spot!
That first photo is so sweet. It reminds me of the movie Up in the Air when he carries around the cardboard cutout of his sister and her fiance and takes photos of them in different cities. Cute cute.
I haven’t seen up in the air- that sounds SO cute! I think I need to check it out now :)
I’m in love with your blog.
Yep.
That’s about it. And the grater. I love the grater too.
What a nice guy you have! Have a great Sunday darling!
I LOVE the grater idea! I wonder if my husband will think I’m nuts?
No worries Holly, if he does just tell him I asked you to try the idea out for me ;)
Love that photo series… so cute.
I’m with you on Peter Pan collars. I just ADORE them.
I love this series!! The polaroid pictures and peter pan collars were my favorite :)
So many lovely things in this post! ♥ I love, love that grater idea. So unique and awesome. Beautiful earrings!! They look fabulous on you. ♥
