SOLD!
My first internet sale has been made!
After a couple days of having posted my green light weight summer neck warmer on etsy it sold to someone at M.I.T. of all places – today I’m shipping it out and starting on my next round of projects! The wool I’ve been using for these is 100% merino, so it’s lusciously soft to work with and to play with for the pictures.
packed and ready to hit the road!
One of my friends was over on the weekend saying hello before we start packing everything into boxes on Saturday (10 days until we move into our first house!!) and she was so taken by this green neck warmer that she’s had me make her a purple one in the same style. I cranked it out within 12 hours(!) while watching The Dog Whisperer and 27 Dresses, got it all packaged up and sent out to her. I even did a mini-photoshoot with Fiance and I’ll post the pictures later this week.
We’re officially 10 days out from taking possession of the new house and 11 days out from getting our puppy. I can’t wait for those numbers to get even smaller!
Oh and I’m officially the worst Canadian ever because I forgot to mention: HAPPY BELATED CANADA DAY!!! Toss back some maple syroup in our honour, won’t you? ; )
Congratulations! That’s so exciting. I love, love, love that color of green.
Congratulations on the sale! The warmer is beautiful…
Hahah I thought the first comment was by me! Different Jamie.
Anyway, Yay for the first sale! You’re so busy with the first sale, more knitting and packing!
