Paper Portrait
After blogging for a four years I’m used to getting interesting e-mails. From questions about how I style my hair to e-mails from girls needing help finding a good recipe I’m not surprised by a lot that comes through my inbox, but last month I received a note that made me do a double take. It was from a sweet guy named Cameron, asking if it would be alright if he made a paper sculpture of me!
That’s kind of incredible, don’t you think? Cameron blogs with his girlfriend at Cameron+Whitney and sells his papersculpts on his etsy shop. I was so excited to see the results, and to be among the bloggers he chose to create as part of his shop launch. I just got the detailed photographs, and I had to share them with you :)
See anyone you recognize?
Hint: Look for the anime eyes I get when I’m really happy ;)
Isn’t his work amazing? I love it so much, and I think he did an incredible job of capturing the little details that make me who I am- from the cherry blossom tattoo to my anime eyes and big smile. If you like his work be sure to stop by Cameron+Whitney, much of his blog design is made from his papersculpts too- it’s definitely worth a look!
