Tomorrow at 7 pm CST I’m going to be guest hosting on Leigh-Ann‘s live streaming craft show, LA-TV! We’re going to be making custom monthly planners for 2011- they’re a great way to plan your blog posts, set & keep monthly goals, or keep your daily life in order. And if you use blank pages instead of the downloadable calendar template you can use this project as an idea book or inspiration journal too!

You can gather up the supplies before hand and then make the craft along with us in real time, as well as talk with us in the channel’s chat room while we all work together. It’s like a free craft workshop, but you can be in your PJ’s at home!

Supplies you will need:

– 11.5 x 14″  Patterned Paper or Wallpaper for the cover (we’re using vintage wallpaper)

– 8.5 x 11″  Patterned Paper or Wallpaper (this will go inside the agenda)

– 9 x 11.5″ Thin Piece of Cardboard (cereal boxes work well)

– 20″ Linen Cord or Yarn (something strong for binding)

– a Big Needle (for cord/yarn)

– Tape Runner Glue (or glue stick)

– Scissors

– Optional: Markers, Paper Cutter, Bone Folder

– Embellishment for the Agenda’s Cover (optional)

To make your agenda download Calendar Pages & print them double sided on the paper of your choice (card stock would be really nice!):

1. Print 6 pages out, and then put the pages directly back into their printer (without turning them).

2. Print 6 pages again to make them double sided.

3. Print out one that’s single sided, which will go on the bottom of their pile to complete the first and last month when the package is folded. We’ll fold them during LA-TV.
